Holiday Payment

Post by hero22 »

Not sure if this is the correct thread, but the average holiday payment we recieve for overtime if achieved for 6 months seems a bit messed up for me. They cut OT there for a month but i still think i hit over the 8 hour limit.

Does the week at the end of a month , say February, even if its paid in March still count as a February week ? Sounds stupid but ive been going over and over the hours and either there trying to hoodwink or im lost. Contacted HR but takes a while.

There are two separate holiday pay overtime payments: HP OT and HP SSPR. Hours accumulated up to full time go towards HP SSPR and hours accumulated beyond full time go towards HP OT. You are now full time and no longer receive SSPR. The first two hours accrued were SSPR hours, which are no longer counted for full time staff.

I received this from HR this morning, anyone able to explain to me what this means ? I had been asking why I haven’t achieved the holiday payment target even though my payslips would suggest i did.
