Arrears of basic pay
Can anyone enlighten me as to why I have an arrears of basic pay as a deduction when being off work with a not fit for work note due to a cancer related operation which managers know about?

This will be down to royal mail and HR's incompetance.
Don't worry you will get the money back, speak to your union and let them sort it out for you.
