Resign will there still be part time dutys
With the uso change and then pending resign there should not be a thing as part time or full time dutys it should all be the same ie a duty so if I sign for a full time duty odds are under the new changes I will cover one of the other dutys in the new system which could well be part time is this not correct?

I have not heard anything about the USO removing designated 'part time' duties.... did you read this somewhere?
If that is going to be the case - I wonder if part timers will have their hours condensed into fewer days but start at the same time as the full timers.
Say you currently do a 30 hour, 5 day week, you could condense that into a 4 day week by doing a 7.5 hour day.

100% no way would I do that for my own reasons and with the current total insane revision my DO needs me for 6 days a week now.norris9 wrote: ↑06 Apr 2025, 19:55I have not heard anything about the USO removing designated 'part time' duties.... did you read this somewhere?
