Nights to days / Sunday SA

Hi

After 10/15 years I am having to move from nights to days. Do I have any rights to a break before going from nights to days. If so how long?

It takes me a while to adjust back to days , around d 4/5 days. I always book 2 weeks leave together because a week isn’t long enough.


I do SA on a Sunday. I also do rdw which is SA. I’ve been told I’m not entitled to get all of this when I am on annual leave. In total about 14 hours a week.

Probably better posting this is the MC forum. The general OPG culture doesn't care about being moved onto dayshift, or losing SA money because we all lost that years ago.
