Interesting comments from these reps regarding their management....bullying culture, managers running roughshod, not listening to what they say, setting impossible tasks and yet all they want to do is shift blame. We are being micro-managed and decisions are being made by people who know nothing about what is going on at the coalface. Sounds very familiar.

And will all of this improve when USO reform is pushed through? Hmmm
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

IMHO things are going to take a massive turn for the worst once ODM comes in. In the past all of the unworkable idiotic ideas RM have come up with only end up “working” because the staff make them work. I don’t think even this time we’ll be able to pull this one off. Too many problems are gonna be thrown up to see this idea through.
