Carry over question
I've just over 30 hours to carry over ,firstly is this done automatically or does the manager have to manually do this ,and secondly do I have to use these hours up by the 31st August 2025.

Should automatically carry over.
Unless you have purchased extra leave through your wages, that will not automatically carry over.
Those will lose it, even if it is less than five days.
