Someone in the office today raised a query as to why their A/L weeks were showing up as using strange amounts ie: 2 weeks leave is shown as 74.8 hours etc.
I didn’t know why that was however having had a peek at my own A/L I too now have these odd amounts as in a weeks leave showing as 34.4 in one case & 39.4 in another. I also have 2 weeks booked together showing as 73.4. Last years A/L was showing as straight 35,37 or 39 hours, now I’m not talking about the seasonal variations from 35-37-39 but the .3, .4 & .8 that I’ve seen. Where are these suddenly coming into play from?

Re: Annual Leave
Have you checked the actual days they have you down for attendance? Some people in our office are shown as working 3 days a week when they are fulltime
The whole system has either had the wrong info inputted or kaput, told it will be sorted in April but don't have much faith
