Disciplinary appeals

Post by Rage24 »

How often are they successful? Anyone on here had success?

I take it they do it in house rather than external?

All in-house, usually the local Rep does fact finding & then any changes to the paperwork.
A decision is then made, the appeal is done by Area Rep who will often have more experience than the local Rep.
I would in all honesty appeal 99% of cases, OFTEN Rm will duck up at some point & it can be brushed under carpet.
Having said all that the micro management is becoming way over the top with stupid charges becoming the norm.
It’s not even consistent with different areas operating different methods, it’s become quite mad!!!
