Are all revisions and repicks halted now

With these trials underway will things stay as they are until the changes are implemented into the offices? Last Autumn we were supposed to be having an office revision and repicks in January 2025 but nothing has been done and now we are into March.?
Also will there be repicks when the big changes come?

Apparently not. We have a planner in the office and a repick is due to commence.
But we have been here before.

Will the new changes lead to a repick?
Martin Walsh said the changes will be introduced as a "method change" and not a revision.
Given the number of drivers required, I don't see how you could introduce these changes without shifting people about, but we will have to wait and see.

Yes, based on seniority.

The pilot offices have an option of a temporary repick then a permanent one following ofcoms decision in the summer. You would assume this will be the case for the rest of us when the changes happen.

No I can clearly say revisions and re picks are happening even as I write this. Duties are being taken out and being added to other deliveries with union involvement

Oh come on, planners can look at a loop on a frame and work out a 3 mile dead walk with 110 address's all with 40 foot front gardens should only take 1 hour

They are reversing our revision, going back to the old set up, and then changing it for the new way in October

And lapsing is back, even though we can't complete our current duty

Ask about the repick, just a vacant look from the manager

Yes. It’s done on seniority so if duties are available when it’s your pick choose what you like.
