You cannot legally work a 7 day week unless the following week you only work 5 days.

Presumably the same, I take it you mean you've got Sunday working in your contract, how is it handled now by the way do you get an extra day off mon-sat as I thought that was supposed to be the case, so in theory only reserves should be able to be scheduled to work Sunday as if you have a duty then won't the attendance days all be between mon-sat ?

Your contract remains as it is. Are you in a trial office?
