It's 1% + £1,000 for most employees and 6.7% for the lowest paid employees, so most get at least inflation, I doubt we'll do any better than that,

Exactly. Way to sell your employees/subs paying members down the river. Couple that with sub-inflation pay rises for the last 10 years and that's why RM is finished.
