Not you personally but every time somebody gets a payrise its on here.if the wages or so bad compared to other jobs i would apply for one of them.

Not you personally but every time somebody gets a payrise its on here.if the wages or so bad compared to other jobs i would apply for one of them.

It may not be that simple for many of our colleagues. There are a lot of factors as to why someone may wish to stay with the company that might not be fully in their control.

For crying out load, this is like a manager saying "if you don't like the job, you know where the door is", I am only 35 in 2 days so didn't live throuth said era, but this to me is maybe like the 80s with Yosser HUghes saying gis a job! I have tried before to leave but it's hard, especially if you don't have a driver's license like me, which makes it even harder!

Yeah I agree, it's more to do with actually earning the money this job deserves, no way should it be what we get now for the ammount of work we do, the responsibility we have, the adverse weather we work in, the people skills we need etc,
