Off ill with not fit to work certificate

Post by Selhurst »

I have a not fit to work certificate which runs into my day off and my annual leave. Can someone enlighten me as to sick pay details. If off sick on annual leave, and days off, is that just hard cheese?

You get your holiday credited back if you are on the sick.
Day off is nothing, you are not there to have your day off, it doesn't change anything.
