My last day was Sunday retirement due to ill health
Anybody know why my lump sum was £2000 more than pilon
I thought it would be a lot more

IHR is 16 weeks lump sum and 12 weeks PILON now. Used to be 34 weeks lump sum before the new agreement.

Also iirc under the new agreement, any long term sick pay you took should be minused from the IHR payout.

Been off for 10 weeks had 3 o/h appointments it was decided that I was unable to work for Royal Mail due to my condition
