Different rates for different people, as ever.

Say though someone gets 2 hours OT plus 2 hours ghost, how does that get inputted into the system? As a flat '4 hours', or a clearly made up finishing time like 7pm.

Got stopped at our place in the summer and hasn’t returned. Wouldn’t be doing overtime after dark anyway but there’ll always be one or two takers.

Do you still have to write it down on the little sheet?

Can't believe ghosting still goes on to be honest.

If nothing else, managers doing it would be putting their jobs at risk.

Had a grievance and did indicate that 2 members of staff were getting on average 15 hours a week each ghosting ot for about 7 years. Suggested in my grievance to have an audit on PDA as I suggested that either the DOM was overriding the system by putting the finishing time himself or staff were signing out remotely at home on PDA.

Within 5 minutes, someone could have gone into the system and find out exactly what was what.

Nothing was done, I appealed the grievance and once again, it was brushed under the carpet by both area managers.
Unbelievable
I have since resigned and managed to get a 5 figures out of court settlement for other matters I raised in my grievance
Bunch of cu@@s they all are!

How do managers input it on payroll?

I thought as much but it just makes a mockery of SISO if the manager can go in and override it
