Just wondering if anyone has filled it out? If so has anything come of it with regards to the categories that it says you manager will be informed about?
Is there any reason neither the union or management have told us about it?

Where are you seeing ‘This Is Me’? Is it within My Performance?

It’s on the people app, click on the personal details tile and scroll down to the bottom and there’s a thing that says this is me and click on that

Had a look, it's under personal details. It's just HR stats data collecting, your management [EDIT]will / make that should [/EDIT] shouldnever see that info.

I’ve seen it now. My Performance and My Doorstep - the union hasn’t agreed to their rollout. A trial was agreed and that is in the agreement. Our feedback was meant to be sought regarding whether we found it useful etc. RM have not sought feedback but have started rolling it out.
This is against the agreement and one of many topics of dispute between RM and the CWU.

I personally wouldn’t fill any of it out.

Management do have access to some of your answers. It’s not anonymous data collection.

If you disclose that you have a disability or neurodiverse, your a carer or you were in the armed forces it says that an email will be sent to your manager and it will be a separate email for each category so if you are a carer but you also have a disability yourself then your manager will receive 2 separate emails informing them
Or that’s how I’ve understood it when I read the F&Qs

I personaly don't provide ANY details to ANYONE I don't have to, and I would suggest you do the same.
I may be considered a Dinosaur but I do believe that the younger generations that have grown up with Mobile Phones tend to just fill in ANYTHING that happens to pop up on their screens ... WHY?
Years ago on a Career Consultancy Course I attended (Yes and I ended up working for this shite show Ha Ha
) We were told you are not filling in a Passport Application .... there is no Legal Reason to tell the Truth and supply EVERY Little Detail when filling in forms, or job applications.
Down the road people are complaining because they've been hacked, or cloned, and they wonder why
And my conspiracy mindset wouldn't put it past RM to be Data Farming and selling on our details just to make a few quid! You know what they're like.

Isn't the 'People App' operated by Facebook/Meta? Or was that Workplace? I refused to sign-up until I was forced to in order to spam holiday requests before the August cull.Dorset Plodder wrote: ↑14 Nov 2024, 10:58And my conspiracy mindset wouldn't put it past RM to be Data Farming and selling on our details just to make a few quid! Workplace is a Meta product. Not sure about the People App personal sections.Mr Rush wrote: ↑14 Nov 2024, 18:00Isn't the 'People App' operated by Facebook/Meta? Or was that Workplace?
