Annual leave
I've a yearly 6 week holiday annual leave entitlement, obviously starts in April and finishes March, im wondering if I leave in June what happens to your annual leave for eg If i had a weeks leave in April and a week in may,what would happen to the other 4 weeks also what if you've annual leave carried over from previous year .

Annual leave is "earned" over the year, so if you left in June you'd only actually be entitled to 1/4 of your six weeks plus whatever leave you have carried over.
