Bank holidays/part time working

Hi I am reducing my hours to 4 days per week and wondered if anyone currently working less than full time can tell me how RM handle bank holidays in relation to part time staff, my wife works for LG and they get a pro rata credit for every B/H which they then use to either book a B/H on a working day or bank it if it’s a non working day, but as this is RM and logic rarely applies I would appreciate hearing from other PT staff. Thanks

It's in the 'People Policy' on the App.

Work four days or more get the full entitlement.

Three days or less pro-rata to a five day week.

So you'll still get the full entitlement.
