IHR final payslip, no reference to holiday pay.

Post by realitybites »

Have my final payslip with IHR payment and PILON payment but nothing about holiday pay. Does this come at a later date? No access to the Royal Mail app now so can't check anything. Would have thought it would be a payment or deduction either way.

Iirc from posts on here when you leave it's down to your manager to inform HR of what if any outstanding leave you should be compensated for, why on earth that is the case who knows, surely the info should be available as all leave is on the system, again from posts on here that's probably why you haven't got it.

Yeah, set of awkward unhelpful bastards right to the end, let us know how you get on with hr as I'm sure this will get asked again, I bet if you'd owed them they'd be straight on it.

This happened to me when I left in March of '23. Nothing about holiday pay owed and was also fobbed off in the direction of HR...tbh though, by that stage I was so relieved to jump ship and start work for decent people who treat me like a human being that I just couldn't be arsed making an issue of it.

I mean, I was free of management and RM bullshit...I had little incentive to temporarily immerse myself in it again.

Quite frankly, for me, it had got to the stage where it was worth a few hundred quid just to escape the madhouse.
Sooner or later, a beat dog bites.

Just for reference, I received my holiday pay this week without really having to do anything so I would assume it is automatic.
