We were told this morning that we will be having a revision based on delivery 2.0 and that it will be rolled out all over the country.

So they’ve practiced this in a small office and now roll it out?! They said that it will be staffed on seniority, i.e you'll be signing for a duty, but also they'll be able to flex between quiet days and busy days
