Pension is deferred until you decide to take it.
You're entitled to a pro rata amount if holidays if leaving part the way through a leave year.

Your pension is deferred until you take it at your nra or earlier with penalties. Holidays will be calculated up until your leaving date you may owe them or they may owe you
