If you belong to the old guard you will get them and everything else before the new guard sorry but royal mail used to think this was acceptable but thankfully not no more so the new guard is starting to be on par with em

Anyway, back to the subject at hand — the payslips. They’re now there in the app.

To clarify a little, Payslips tend to appear after payroll (And its cutoff) has run. Today was definitely a payroll running day for monthly. For weekly, you'll usually be able to see the payslip late afternoon Tuesday, for pay "Friday" (Though often late Thursday night)

Maybe you could come to an agreement with your manager that you leave the business on the Saturday and then come back as a new start on the monday on the new contract☺️having seniority and preferential treatment is obviously something you don't want.just a thought, its worth asking your manager let us know howbit goes 👍

This doesn’t make much sense. The old guard don’t even get paid monthly. Also the new guard are not achieving parity at all. That is a big issue. It is more a two tier workforce than it ever has been.

A few of our new starts are on monthly pay and this is something that the business has been after. Bad news for those who get paid weekly and rely on overtime. :whistle
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
