People App No Employee Number

Hi, just after a little advice.

My people app is showing me an error that there is no employee number assigned to my payroll number.

It’s been like this for weeks and I can’t access annual leave and payslips. Also shows them having no bank details etc for me… I’ve mentioned it to the people above who’ve not managed to sort it out.

Anyone else had similar issues and know of a fix? Or who do I contact myself, is there an email address?

Can you access the 'People App Tiles' at all?

If you can you can go through the My App and HR Help FAQ's, select 'Didn't find what I was looking for' - 'Ask a question' - 'People App Technical Queries' and you should be able to raise a query/fault ticket that way.

On the my personal details tab on the app you are able to edit and save the bank details. Cannot see anywhere to enter a payroll number.

Should have got one when you started - should start with - 101…..

It can be found on a recent P60 form.
