Hi guys. Think I no the answer but checking anyway. I was ill health retired back in may 2023 and receive my royal mail pension also. Can I still get free redirection as I'm moving home to a flat that has been adapted for my disability? Thanks.

I retired & moved home last year & I got 12 months free, 12 months is the maximum you can have free

Thanks for your reply. They have just charged me for 6 months. Never got it for free. You must be better looking than me lol.
