Re: Daily Mail article
“Royal Mail's 'universal service obligation' (USO), which requires it to deliver letters six days a week (Monday to Saturday) and parcels five days a week (Monday to Friday) to every address in the UK”
Why has no one (including the CWU) picked up on this - parcels 5 days mon-fri
So we shouldn’t be delivering parcels on a Saturday????

“A spokesman for Royal Mail said: 'We do not operate a policy of prioritising parcels and we treat every item of mail with equal importance.
'We regularly remind colleagues that the delivery, collection and processing of letters and parcels should be treated in this way.' “
Do they believe their own bullshit??

No, but every member of the public has, until soon, not because of the Daily Mail, because of getting a s**t load of letters once a fortnight.qwerty2 wrote: ↑26 Nov 2023, 16:42“A spokesman for Royal Mail said: 'We do not operate a policy of prioritising parcels and we treat every item of mail with equal importance.
