Not doing courier work at least. It’ll be on the phones and computer helping customers and supporting drivers. 4 days a week £13.70 an hour. Not sure what the deal is with sick pay if any. It’s sad that this seems like it could potentially be a better option now. Do you think it would be better than Royal Mail with how things are right now? I feel so done with it

Local Amazon driver reckons he's on about £20 an hour after deductions, fuel, car maintenance etc. Say's he enjoys it, none ex royal mail so he's not just saying it to justify leaving...

Friend I know does it and has gone on holiday to Japan, got a house to his missus and new car in a ridiculous short space of time and seems to enjoy it so say that counts as a win!

Good luck, like others say it's indoors at least. Just out of curiosity is it WFH? I suppose like any of their roles (even Customer Support) they'll
have targets you have to meet etc. but just approach it with an open mind and weigh up the pro's and con's. Sell yourself and the experience
you've had in a customer facing role, having to meet time critical deadlines whilst having to maintain attention to detail in order to achieve standards required etc.etc. There might even be opportunities to move up the ladder.
