Full time to part time.

As above please guys. If you were on a good old full time contract but wanted to now go part time what kind of a contract would you now get? The same but just less hours or something with Sunday working written into it with worse terms and conditions?

I've just done this contract through last week.Just from 37hrs to 22 on same terms.

The grade and pay are the same exactly the same on the new contract I got through.

No mate.Only because I do 3 days at FT hours so 22hrs.

You can ask for a temporary ECR keep your fulltim3 contract and can dial hours back up if required (if they are there)
