Judging by the s**t show last Christmas and indeed the dreadful service we've been providing all year and add on the extra volumes and staff shortages we're all seeing. This Christmas is going to be absolutely dreadful for the customers. We'll maybe do a loop of mail a day and of course the tracked and specials that are 'not' prioritised!

I dunno about everyone else, but the mail and parcel volume has gone through the roof for us over the past 3 weeks. Regularly having 50+ tracked for my round. When it's this busy I can actually only deliver 2/3rds of my round and that's with me taking none of the tracked.

We are going to be absolutely screwed.

No day-off cover.
Half of the new staff tend to resign within days or weeks.
Mail and tracked is going to be ridiculous in December.

I can only hope they at least up the number of agency workers.
