Holidays
On Friday I noticed on the royal mail app that all my outstanding holidays had disappeared and I was left with nothing but before I had at least 4 weeks owed to me . When I went into work and spoke to others and at least 5 people has the same happened to them . When I spoke to the manger he said he didn't know anything about it and wasn't interested. Is there anyone I can speak to about this. Is there a new law that says they can dake away ure outstanding leave if not taken I'm confused about this

Have you spoken to your union rep about this ?
If there is no joy, you could utilise the nuclear option of reclaiming your days back by going sick for stress.
*caused by loss of holidays and inaction in resolving it of course don't tell them that !
