The agreement was for the 24 minutes to be at the START of the duty.2yearpostie wrote: ↑09 Aug 2023, 17:08over 35 hours, 24 mins a day ( split between start and finish)

Yes, I think they said for the first year then they’ll look at it again.Nickvilla20 wrote: ↑09 Aug 2023, 17:34The agreement was for the 24 minutes to be at the START of the duty.2yearpostie wrote: ↑09 Aug 2023, 17:08over 35 hours, 24 mins a day ( split between start and finish)

What they said and what they do are completely different.

What about part-timers who are covering full-time shifts 5 days a week?
I'm turning purple!

Everybody 'should' have had a WTLL about this apparently. It even came up on the 'Dashboard' on the PDA asking if we'd had it.Barrybarry wrote: ↑09 Aug 2023, 17:03Is everyone going to work two hours more a week even part timers with child issues?
We all clicked no and pretty quick we had a manager brief us about it a couple of days later. It's probably their KPI of the week!

what date does this kick in and how does it work if you work 9 day fortnight with already odd weekly hours. I work a 4 or a 5 day week each week, so how does it work without altering daily attendance depending if I am on a 4 day week or a five day?

We’ve been told today that we have to start 30 minutes early from Wednesday to Saturday which seems to make some sense.

I assume you would have to average 78 hours over the two weeks.

That's not what was in the agreement.Nickvilla20 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2023, 20:42We’ve been told today that we have to start 30 minutes early from Wednesday to Saturday which seems to make some sense.
It is supposed to be 24 earlier minutes for full timers and 10 for part timers across the board everyday.
Sounds like they are changing the goalposts slightly at your office.

It was actually the rep who suggested it. Monday and Tuesday you don’t need the extra time it’s Wednesday onwards we struggle with the sorting. The majority of our office single preps so getting the extra time on the busier days will be better.Mickeybrowneyes wrote: ↑11 Aug 2023, 04:13That's not what was in the agreement.Nickvilla20 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2023, 20:42We’ve been told today that we have to start 30 minutes early from Wednesday to Saturday which seems to make some sense.

It’s was never going to be one size fits all as long as they didn’t try to tag it on the end of the duty like some are.
