Grievance Procedure
Can anyone point me in the direction of how I go about putting in a grievance, tried searching but nothing specific seems to be coming up thanks

They will then pass it on to the relevant manager to deal with ,
The manager dealing with it as 42 days to respond but you will normally get a letter within a matter of days .

Normally grievances are written. Is everything done verbally now if you have to ring HR?
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
