Hi gents , what's the trigger point for a stage 2 on attendence procedure

Pretty sure it 2 abscence or 10 days

When on Stage 1 currently if you have gone 6 months with no absence you will have cleared your Stage 1 but failing that it is 2 absences or 10 days or more will trigger a Stage 2
