Calf muscle pain
Anyone else suffering with it? I get it in both legs but not at same time. Usually kicks in after a couple of loops. Leaves me limping round the delivery. Eating bananas and drinking water but little difference. Any thoughts please?

Re: Calf muscle pain
If you have an undiagnosed problem with your feet it could be that. I have some foot issues, I wont bore you, but because of that I wasnt walking correctly and my calfs were being overworked causing fatigue, my calfs were getting fatigued making my feet worse, a vicious circle

Get a foam roller (doesn't have to be a "grid" roller) and see if you have any tender points...scoobydo79 wrote: ↑21 Jun 2023, 16:44Anyone else suffering with it? Re: Calf muscle pain
No did not find out the cause, tried getting a Dr appointment, but no luck, think it's all down to the amount of time we are on our feet, which seems to be getting longer.scoobydo79 wrote: ↑21 Jun 2023, 18:58Thanks Guys.Seaside did you find out the cause your the calf pain please? Re: Calf muscle pain
Although it could be an underlying issue that needs medical advice it could be something like a particularly steep driveway on your second loop or something? Or even a few steps that are again a bit steep.
Otherwise a few exercises before your shift can help.
