Just out of interest wondering what others are like? So many turn up at our office from others saying "these walks are so much longer/shorter than the office I'm from ect ect.
The pairs since revision have had their oversized taken, but between 200 - 300 houses added on each. My paired up walk has around 1600 calls between us. It's around 4 hours on a quiet day and 5 on busier days. Loads of indoor has been added to try and cut the USO failures, so we're out the door by 9 most days. It is actually manageable on most days now tbf, and we comfortably complete on quiet days. It is exhausting because of the amount of walking nowadays though and I have one of the better duties. Still plenty failing each day from other walks.

Our delivery walks are around 4.5 to 5.5 hours long
They have added anything from 200 to 300 calls on our duties and have made them unachievable. However, the only reason why our office isn't failing like it was a few months ago is because we have about a dozen agency staff in every day. Two of the agency even went out delivering D2Ds that had stockpiled from last year. Good job there are no audits anymore as they would have a field day.
