Internal job vacancies
I CAN log-in to internal vacancies on https://performancemanager.successfactors.eu (etc), and see various vacancies but not for posties anywhere. And tbh, confused how to fill in fields! I understand that none were being advertised during the dispute ... so is it possible there won't be any until things settle down ... and maybe after enough posties doing the job properly feel compelled to leave?! Is it maybe RM policy now to fill vacancies with new recruits only, to undercut us? Or am i overthinking this?

Have you seen...
https://jobs.royalmailgroup.com/search/ ... ionsearch=
In the above link I have added a keyword of "postperson" to filter to delivery roles and you can fill in a location to narrow down the results further.

Re: Internal job vacancies
Looks like they're only advertising for 83 offices, I wouldn't be surprised if there's actually that many that don't have vacancies we certainly have but we're not advertising.ruckus wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 05:20Have you seen...

Re: Internal job vacancies
Thanks but very familiar with that. Didn't these publicly advertised vacancies used to appear on the internal list also, and internal ones not necessarily on public list?ruckus wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 05:20Have you seen...

Am i correct in assuming existing posties can only apply (if at all?) to this public list if they're happy to downgrade to the new T&Cs?

Re: Internal job vacancies
Same here, and agree, I think most places 'technically' (at least) have vacancies. I heard there used to be loads of vacancies before the dispute on success factors but surely these were from places actively looking to recruit? Yes?ted_e_bear wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 05:55Looks like they're only advertising for 83 offices, I wouldn't be surprised if there's actually that many that don't have vacancies we certainly have but we're not advertising.ruckus wrote: ↑27 May 2023, 05:20Have you seen...

Re: Internal job vacancies
Would hazard a guess that if vacancies are advertised internally - then it's just us posties moving around - leaving the current vacancies to be filled by the agency staff, up to 14 in our office now, all done with very few arguments from the CWU - admittedly our rep gets involved as much as poss.
