Will they give us notice when they change our hours? How much notice do they need to give?

I think it's 30 days but if you have a read through the next post down

we should know well in advance of next march when it is supposed to start.

Your hours can be changed at any time as long as 30 days notice is given.
Imo this whole hours thing is a red herring- if they want to change your hours they can, and without your agreement.

I think people are thinking just because we have a deal then RM can't still change our working hours.

It's employment law.
Without it they can't make you change your hours.
With 30 days notice they can pretty much change what they want in your contract.
Providing its reasonable you really wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
Dig your signed contract out- it most likely doesn't have a start and finish time anyway- I've checked 3 I've been given over the years and not one of them does.
