New sick pay question.

Post by comeracing »

It confused in this new proposed sick pay absence procedure.
If you sick one in a year you still get full pay , if your sick twice your pay alters.
Is this in a full calendar year
Or april to the following march
Or from your 1st absence to the second absence.
