Arrears of pension salary exchange adjustment royal mail pension plan, defined benefit cash balance scheme section C . Nae idea what it means but.

It's an additional pension payment on earnings you haven't previously paid your 6% pension contribution on.
That could be some kind of bonus, such as holiday pay, or perhaps it's righting a previous under payment?
