Revision forced in to office @ Roysl mail seemed to have forced if in despite ongoing talks and a planner drafted in for further walk removals as thick colleagues coming back 45mins to an hour early .
Alot of members not happy @ waiting to see what comes out of talks and if not satisfactory @ we are resigning from.union .
To hell on a hand cart imo!

Same at my office. Those of us that has lost our duties haven't been told what we will be doing... reserves again ni doubt and lucky to get a Saturday off every 6 mths let alone the Monday as well. Most of the rounds having extra added to them are already up against it so the revision will fail before it's even started by RM don't seem to care. Made worse by all the posties coming in early to work for free, running and door stepping giving the impression that walks take far less time then they actually do. Now the rest of us are suffering for it

The final nails in Britain's postal service are being well and truly hammered in right now.

If, and it seems more likely than not, we get a poor deal, again, who in their right mind will lose, what was it, 18 days pay, ever again?

Not to mention the bastards have snatched away some of our annual leave this time, too.

Always the way in the post, go on strike, lose shitload of money, get a paltry pay rise, and walk back into a worse job than before.

Second absolutely I’ve stuck thru 20 years of wishy washy union waffle and have always carried my own cross, I’ve stuck with the union to try and maintain some solidarity but to be honest between runners tearing on with reckless abandon and the complete shite that keeps walking thru the door in the form of casuals, once his dispute is over I’ll b severing ties with the union again and go back to standing over my own work as usual.

Fine if it’s genuinely early, but coming in 2 hours before a duty starts to finish 40 mins early isn’t efficient in my book

Because they can't guage the pace that they have to work to get back on time?

They could always take their time and do the job properly..don't read address while you walk, try neighbours, use trolley where you can and don't run or walk at breakneck speed.

Im not going to leave, and never will, but very unimpressed and disappointed in the union hierarchy.

I have never crossed a picket line, I mailed MP Darren Jones with evidence of my so called ‘rouge managers’ My rep has stood by our unit……but to no avail, we are still prioritising tracked, we have lost duties, we fail every day. After last weeks joint statement I made the decision to leave the union. I have quietly quit, I will stand alone, I will accept the lube if needed but I will do minimal work every day and the only problem I see where I will struggle will be if they get commit to deliver agreed. No starting early No overtime and I mean not 1 minute overtime and NO FU@KS given.

Why are you resigning from the union when you’ve said your colleagues are coming back early ? There is clearly scope to take walks out if that’s happening.
