Just checked my wage slip and have Christmas supplement deduction of £18 . I worked all over Xmas except strike days . Has anyone eles had this deducted. .

Yes they told us before they are going to take back in January depends how many days you went on strike next one annual leave now

The xmas bonus is paid according to your contracted hours.
The underpin by how many hours you work during xmas pressure (up to max.)

I assume you are part time who worked overtime during the xmas pressure period.
The payment is a correction of your underpin payment as the basic would have been paid in December.

Just received another 16 quid (minus anothet 5 for striking) that's for working more hours than full time right through Xmas.
Happens every year.

Quite shocking/funny that theyve gone to the effort to take a few quid back from our bonus due to us striking as a result of ST’s shocking leadership, yet he just gets to keep his £140’000 bonus despite the ridiculously sorry state the company is in LED BY HIM!

That underpin is certainly unfair as it doesn't get uplifted to reflect the full amount, no idea why.

The delivery supplement is fair though as everyone gets paid the same amount per hour (up to 37 hours) for example if you're on 30 hours and do 10 hours overtime then the 1st 7 hours will be at a higher rate to include the appropriate percentage of delivery supplement.

Oh can we please not have someone come on and say delivery supplement is a separate payment for d2d's
