that is now no use for tomorrow? Vouchers that have expired? Xmas cards? Panto tickets that never made it? Missed doctors appointments? That offer of a job that’s now been filled? Not good.

There was no magic wand in our DO, she'd loads left when we went home on Thursday, half a walk in my frame, buddy trays underneath plus loads of non tracked packets and polys! It's not going to be cleared this side of NY!

Most walks were fairly clear, but there's supposed to be about 200 yorks of mail for our do standing about at the mail centre.

Should be fun for a while yet.

They have stood through strikes in their busiest times. Black friday , cuber monday and christmas, you think they are now going to deal now there is no strikes until late feb/march and be all caught up? Living in lala land, they gritted their teeth through the strikes for a reason and thats because thyey want to push their terms through desperately

By the time we have a ballot they will have done all the changes & they aren't gonna change them back. So what will we be striking for. The union need to agree something before they are left looking really incompetent. Not losing more money just to save their face.

Trouble is at this stage, would RM ever agree to anything that doesn't include absolutely all the changes they want to bring in? My gut feeling is that there's not a hope in hell that they'll accept any agreement that doesn't include absolutely all the changes they want to bring in.

3 trays each walk plus loads of loose, still being done as we left this morning.
Hardly any packets.
Customer collections through the roof.
