Boycott Future Surveys

I think, given the way upper-management is treating us and talking down to us, we ought to give it a message by our not bothering with its surveys like the Big "Trust" ever again. How many of us trust it?
I have had no interest in doing them for a long time now and have mostly not done so.

To be honest why would ask people how they feel if you disrespect them like taking leave away compliance is a two way street!

We were forced to do the last one on the PDAs in a WTL session like 6 months ago.

We had to log into the PDAs first, so much for being anonymous.

I just put all 1s and in the text box at the end I put "This survey is a waste of time" because that is how I really feel.

I still have a job.

Surveys are always optional and management get bonuses on the percentage that get completed, I haven’t done one in years , the manager has given up asking me to fill one out.

The surveys are about trust. As I don't trust them I refuse to fill them out. End of.

Everyone knows the line managers used to read 'em before sending them in to head office, anyway. I once wrote a two-page essay on one of mine, sealed it, but made the mistake of putting it in the pile with the rest. I'm sure it got binned before ever leaving the d.o. That's why the line managers were always so keen on us not posting them.
