We can book extended but the bags are too heavy it’s not worth doing much.

Absolutely, manager was not best pleased with us today for coming back with tracked, had 18 for one loop we cut off, time flies by on delivery !! just shows the 10 year old revision in our office, with runners all trying to be the first one home has changed. now clocking in /out, taking breaks and not going over, and before tracked, photo, online shopping revolution, just dosent work, the company have their heads in the sand, but the s**t is hitting the fan now and not christmas yet. giving us d2d for prescription delivery, and ramping up free deals on customer collections is like making us dig our own graves................ "mails down" has anyone noticed when doing re-dies most of the mail is "occupier" "homeowner" "friend" "resident" "legal owner" etc. is this what slimon is calculating mail trafic on, because most days the gap fillers turn up.

If it wasn’t for all the junk I could probably get the whole duty clear. First class stuff gets left in whilst being weighed down by d2ds and to homeowner stuff.

No booking extended in ours. With that, the introduction of SISO a few weeks ago and the general attitude of management towards the workforce what motivation remained has completely gone. Never seen so much mail brought back every day. Also supposed to be having a revision in the new year where the plan is to remove 25 duties from the office. It’s all just laughable now. No one gives a toss anymore.
