New terms and conditions posties

New terms and conditions posties.

Just saw that RM are finally advertising for new posties on a lower rate of £11.59, no delivery supplement and paid monthly. It's also been posted on royal mail group jobs.com. So he Thompson is just going to impose his will. And an offer of 1.5% wave rise next year is a servers kick in the teeth. I think you'd should work to rule and not lose any money at this time. This guy is off his head. :thumbdown

Imagine joining the company at this time. All your colleagues pointing out what a crap company it is to work for, bad management, low morale, strikes on the horizon. Comments about the lower wages and crappier terms. You have to free up your agenda 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday every week, wait till you find out you won't get a rota till the last minute.

Good luck and welcome to Royal Mail, you've now joined the "team".

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
