Or is this good news for Us because they will need to get the matter resolved?

There's not gonna be an election for two reasons: it'd be suicide for the Tories to call one right now, and although Labour have to say publicly they want one it'd be the worst possible time to get in with the current economic climate so will have no real desire for one.
