If they are all like the one we have at Medway the business is in trouble
Had nothing but problems with it from day one
Breaks down a lot for loads of different reasons
When it’s working ok not hitting nowhere near the numbers management are hoping for
Loads of rejects as it can only sort up to certain sizes and has a maximum parcel weight
Presentation is very poor it needs mk4 or cardboard sleeves to get good tips or you end up feeding it manually u
Damages lots as well
We were told that the machine we got was the best available

These machines are adequate at best, you can guarantee that our competition wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole, and the amount of damaged parcels they are responsible for is substantial…
