No one on here can help YOU to find YOUR policy number.

Instead of blaming everyone on here for YOU not having any of the information that YOU need, why not check the links on the unum website that you have been directed to. Hopefully YOU will be able to do that much for YOURSELF without blaming anyone on here.

I have been paying for UNUM dental plan since joining on 1st September 2022 but have not yet received my welcome pack containing my policy number. I have dental work planned for this Wednesday but no way of claiming. I have emailed UNUM who say that RM HR have not yet sent my details to them and that I should contact them.

I have tried the mybundle help desk who say that I have to contact the payroll team. After trying several times to navigate the options, I cannot get through to a person , only recorded messages.
Does any one know the correct number to call ?

I had the same issue last year but contacted mybundle via email and got it sorted

I cancelled mine because I couldn't find the policy number, I contacted the help desk but the reply that I got wasn't much use

Wouldn't it be better to save a small amount every week from your wage with a credit union like Commsave or Penny Post ? Insurance companies are a dreadful con. At least you'll always get back money you've paid in.
