.....to our DO this Tuesday or Wednesday. Our manager has said his message to us will be that we are striking for no reason as the CWU have got it wrong! No later starts, no Sunday unless new starter, all agreements stand, no annualised hours etc
Anybody out there had the briefing? How did you respond? Argue? Walk away? Silence?

Yes, weve had the regional manager in with that message. We were told our office will only start/finish 1 hr later, no changes for 3 years and sunday to be voluntary until at leat 2025.

Manager has said that Thomson has got the CWU all worked up and for us to ignore it all as locally nothing will change and get back to work. I really hope my colleagues don't fall for this!!
