Re: Amazon
35p an hour for us equals £12.95 a week for full timers. That's better than our enforced 2% .

Re: Amazon
Blimey I didn’t realise that was 27p an hour. That’s a whopping £9.39 a week pay rise. All that extra lapsing, stress of my bills going up and 27p an hour rise. Gee thank you so much. I feel so appreciated
I’ve noticed in the news recently most firms are offering between 5% and 15% with no strings attached. My shopping delivery man told me he has 24 drops a day. He is on a little less than us but as he said, he doesn’t go home as knackered as you lot and I’m not worked like a dog.

Re: Amazon
If the board see that then it will be considered for next years Pay & Change talks.
“OK, we get the driver to park the van on the street and then folk come and take their parcels instead of us going to them.
What?
They do self-service in Tesco, you know.
Bloody CWU. Always stifling change…”

Re: Amazon
As we have to van share do we take it in turns to give the customers our 'packages' or can we both be active at once. Asking for a friend.
