We have a york full of old uniform.
I don't think anyone returns it to Dimensions ever.
Lots of it is available on ebay. I doubt Dimensions are selling it.

If you receive something that isn't what you ordered you probably have to return it to them for a replacement.

We’ve been told no old uniform to be worn after launch day, Simon wants us all looking plonkers in our skintight running bottoms & matching tops :left:

When is launch day?
We have a mixture of old, very old and spanking brand new uniforms in our office.

Awaiting the full set. Bit recently ordered a new big coat. Requested a medium as usual, received a medium in the new style, returned the new style medium as it only fitted people who normally order small or extra small.
I predict it will a long time after launch day until everyone is in the new clobber because the sizes are very different to the stuff we're used to.
Not to mention the people who may have horizontally expanded since we were told to order it about 12 months ago

Surely it's up to RM to arrange bulk disposal of old uniform. We shouldn't be disposing of it
in our own waste bins at home or in charity bins as it's industrial waste and the producer (RM) is responsible
for bearing the cost of disposing of it.

Been stockpiling the grey shorts & blue shirts for a while. Have no intention of wearing any of the new gear, storm coat aside…for a few years…
“Shorts,in this weather?!”

“If they’re bills I don’t want ‘em!”

“What’s she been ordering now?”

Thankfully got a few blue shirts in stock, I really hate the Polo's, definitely a P739's plus pen in my shirt pocket guy.

Bag it up and give it to your manager!

Edit:

From Dimensions Website:
Any items of uniform, PPE and footwear provided to you whilst employed by Royal Mail remain the property of the Company at all times. All items must be returned to your line manager, or disposed of securely by returning to Dimensions (see Uniform Recovery & Disposal Process available on Royal Mail intranet), when either you no longer require the items issued to you, or you leave employment with Royal Mail Group.
